Very early in the design process, our clients at the Inverness Way Residence asked us to make sure there was an appropriate wall for this large painting. It's over 6' x 6' - big! - with textures and colors that are quite beautiful. I think the ridge skylight, as well as the dimmable wall sconces, really help make the painting a focal point of their open living space. I'm super happy it all came together!
I snuck a photo of Cesar's laptop during our last dusk shot of the Inverness Way Residence last week. It was a brief, magical moment when the house and sky both had a warm glow. Thanks again Cesar for a successful shoot!⠀
Our 12th Street Residence is featured in a new Houzz articled called "Elderly-Friendly Spaces for Loved Ones who Live on Their Own". Recently, we've definitely seen an increase in clients who come to us wanting aging-in-place features, long-term planning, and multi-generation homes. The key is to make universal access features a design element that is enjoyed and used by everyone in the home. We love working with our clients to ensure comfort and ease in their environment for years to come!
Contemplating the shot list for our upcoming Inverness Way Residence photo shoot with the whole OFA team. So fun. ⠀
Scouting visit to our Inverness Way Residence with Cesar Rubio his morning. We are so excited to be able to share this project with everyone soon! ⠀
The beautiful Fireclay Tile backsplash plays nice with a cluster of food on a stainless countertop at our Yerba Santa Avenue Residence. ⠀
Second floor framing is taking place at our Gilbert Avenue Residence, and it's giving us a preview of the trees and sky we'll be seeing through the bedroom windows.
